Our Beliefs

We believe in:

  • The divine intelligence of the heart and Spirit

  • The sacredness of ancient plant medicines and healing practices

  • The right of every individual to choose their path of health and spirituality

  • Community as a foundation for transformation

Our Mission

The Church of the Rising Phoenix is a spiritual community dedicated to restoring health, nurturing transformation, and protecting the sacred rights of families. We honor the power of Spirit, nature, and the human heart as pathways to healing and freedom.

Our mission is to support:

  • Autism parents who believe in their child’s full recovery

  • Seekers of ancient plant medicines and sacred ceremonies

  • Individuals and families committed to religious and medical freedom

Together, we rise — healing, hopeful, and whole.

Our Story

Born from personal transformation and divine guidance, the Church of the Rising Phoenix was founded to help others reclaim their health, sovereignty, and spiritual connection.

  • Shaman Janelle Sullivan (PA):
Ordained in 2002 by a Native American Shaman, Janelle has been a Reiki Master Teacher for 25 years and a massage therapist since 1997. She combined her training with Spirit-led healing practices to create Heartline Health Connection. She also recovered her son from severe autism, inspiring the Autism Recovery Support Group to help other families.

  • Clergyman Brad Thorne (Maine):
Caretaker of The Scion, a sacred land offering camping, ceremonies, and wedding services. Brad holds space for healing and spiritual renewal in nature’s embrace.

Together, Janelle and Brad offer two church locations — in Pennsylvania and Maine — united in one mission: faith, freedom, and healing.
